Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bread Pudding Review

Sorry for the horrible picture! (I really need to stop taking pictures on my phone...)

I do have to admit, Trader Joe's rarely disappoints. I can't really think of any foods that I've tried from there, that I have flat out disliked. Everything thus far has been such a hit, or pretty okay. If anything, I'm usually shocked at how much I *love* their frozen food. I typically don't care for foods from the frozen food aisle, but Trader Joe's? Its like normal food! It doesn't taste fake, or unpleasant. Best of all, its super affordable. In general, frozen foods do tend to be a bit pricier. I always find that frozen foods cost a lot more than just buying it and making it myself. Who wants to pay more for food that tastes like crap? I'm only willing to pay more if its for convenience AND it tastes good. Trader Joes is actually cheaper, good tasting, conveniently prepared food.

Lately, it seems like everyone is jumping on the Pumpkin flavored bandwagon. I'm not one to complain because I LOVE pumpkin. I found this pumpkin bread pudding on my last trip to Trader Joe's, and the kids and I LOVED it.

Better Quality Picture! I need to use my digital camera more often..

I sliced it up, and served it chilled. It looks a little odd (sorry!), but I really don't care for eating warm bread pudding. That being said, its was phenomenal. It was moist, and very cinnamon-y. Not dry at all. I loved that it didn't have raisins like most bread puddings do. The pumpkin spice in it was delicious. I will definitely be looking for it on my next shopping trip! Hopefully it doesn't phase out for a while.
