Taco Boat Recipe

Pinterest is like the home maker's bible!!!!
I found a pin for baked tortilla shells for taco boats, and I jumped at the opportunity to use it, Yum! I was so excited to try it, I hope you enjoy it.

 Here's what I did:
I preheated the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

I took some olive oil and rubbed it on 3 corn tortillas.

I grabbed a cupcake pan, flipped it, and used the back as a mold.

I placed each tortilla in between the molds.

I baked the tortillas for about 8 minutes. While it was baking, I cooked steak stove top with olive oil and soy sauce.

I also made a side of my Mexican Rice, and prepared the toppings for our taco boats.

Definitely an easy meal to make, and my kids really enjoyed it! Have you tried an easy meals from pinterest?
