Whole Foods

(Revised)

I stopped by Whole Foods this week, & I swear I would buy everything in the store if I could! This time I grabbed sushi, coconut waters, & grapefruit izze.

These are the things I recommend (will add as I find more goodies.)

My Shopping list:

Food:

  • Genji Brand Sushi
  1. Spicy Shrimp Tempura Rolls (Sweet & spicy sauce is delicious.)
  2. California Rolls
  3. Nigiri Tray
  4. Dragon Rolls
  5. Salmon & Tuna Nigiri trays
  6. Ginger Salad dressing
  7. Soy Sauce (Stuff is my favorite!)
(I'm not a huge fan of the Seaweed salad, has a very fishy taste that I didnt care for.)

I'll be adding recipes to my side notes.
  • Parrano Cheese (Great for pairing with green grapes and Bacchus blush wine!)
  • Kasserie Cheese (I use this to make sagonaki (Greek flaming cheese.)
  • Smoked Salmon (Perfect for lox bagels.)
  • Dark chocolate covered bananas (Located in the dried fruits aisle, great snack.)
  • Coconut Water (I prefer O.N.E brand, or vita loco.)
  • Guava Juice (Ceres Brand)
  • Marinated Mozzarella balls
  • Marinated Artichokes
  • Goats Milk (Delicious and very creamy.)
  • Mission Figs
  • Heirloom Tomatoes (I use these in caprese salads)
  • Fresh Young Coconut (Very tasty, but cheaper at Asian Stores.)
  • Izze drinks (Grapefruit, Apple, Peach)
  • Lavender Honey (Pairs well with cheese.)
  • Apple paste (Pairs well with cheese.)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Pumpkin granola (bulk)
  • Tirramisu (Only thing so far from the bakery that I really LOVE.)
  • Hearth Fire Pizza (made any way you want, about $3 a slice)
Buffet:
  • Artichokes
  • Mac and Cheese
  • hearts of palm
  • plaintains (So sweet and very tasty.)

Cosmetic:
•Almond Oil (feels really good on dry skin.)
•Raw Honey (I use this as my face cleanser, also good for allergies if you buy local.)
•Coconut Oil (Use it to moisturize, remove makeup, deep condition hair, dry lips.)
