Verbena Cafe Norton Commons

  

Last weekend, my son's teacher was kind enough to take us to Norton Commons after participating in the "Outrunning Autism" in Westport Village. This was my first time visiting Norton Commons, its a little pretty area. Very upscale, reminds me of slightly Libertyville, Illinois.

 


She treated us to Verbena Cafe for brunch, it was so incredibly delicious. 


 

My children had the Chocolate chip pancakes, and I had a Spinach and Ham Skillet. I'll be completely honest, I did not expect it to be as great as it was. I'm not typically a huge breakfast person, but my meal was really good. My kids wiped their plates CLEAN! which is pretty funny because they aren't the biggest eaters at home. I could tell they loved their meals as well.

I'll definitely make it a point to try it out again soon. Have you tried Verbena Cafe?
