After browsing a toy store in Westport Village, one of the boutiques caught my attention. I had been there once before, but since I usually do my clothes shopping on line (or at big chain stores), I hadn't been in here for quite a while.
I'm usually more of an accessories girl when it comes to boutiques, and was blown away with the variety they had available.
A lot of unique pieces caught my eye, and after speaking with the owner, I was pleasantly surprised to hear how many of their items had different charities they supported. For example, portions of the sales of these beaded bracelets, pictured above (If I remember correctly) go towards helping human trafficking.
Being completely honest, typically when I see charitable goods being sold, I really don't think much of it. I might purchase a piece to help a cause myself, but I'm not necessarily impressed when a store decides to sell *one* charitable good by the impulse section. Its nice, but nothing that really wows me... Well, this boutique not only sells super adorable trendy pieces, there's actually *several* to choose from that actually go to help good causes. I've never stepped inside of a boutique that gives back to humanity as much as this one does.
Apricot Lane carries TOMS, which is an amazing company that donates shoes to the needy for every pair sold. I was told that TOMS shoes are very difficult for companies to carry, because TOMS are only exclusively sold in stores that carry X amount of charitable goods. (Which is pretty cool, I think!)
I loved these "shot gun" mugs (along with other jewelry they had). I've seen tons of these in person, but I haven't really seen them in stores.
They also have the super popular "State" jewelry that I've been seeing everywhere lately. They have a few different varieties as well<3

Apricot Lane just started carrying these really cute natural bath products! These bath bombs are about $5 each. Just in time for Valentine's Day if you're looking for a relaxing treat<3

I really loved seeing what Apricot Lane had available, I'll definitely be back in to do some shopping for spring.
