Penne Pasta with artichokes and clams.



Sometimes, when we are running low on groceries, I end up scouring our cupboards to see what kind of concoction I can come up with. My experiments don't always come out perfectly, but this one was a home run ;-)




Penne Pasta with artichokes and clams.

Ingredients:
1/2 a box Penne Pasta
3/4 jar of Meat Ragu Tomato sauce
1 can of Minced Clams
1 jar of Marinated Artichokes
2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Method:

Boil penne pasta "Al Dente" according to the directions. Drain well, then add the tomato sauce, strained minced clams, marinated artichokes, and shredded cheese. Stir well until the cheese is melted, and enjoy ;-) I enjoy this with a bit of sour cream, but I eat sour cream on almost anything haha.
