The other day I went to the store (after rummaging the whole beauty aisle of course), & I stopped by my second favorite aisle, the candy aisle. Ohhhhh yes. Sweets galore.. While trying to find a quick snack, I noticed a new package of Trident layers. Trident takes me so far back. I remember kissing my mom goodbye in the mornings, and smelling that old cinnamon gum scent that they used to make. I wonder if they still do?? Out of curiosity I grabbed the peach & mango, and the wild strawberry. Its funny how certain items, scents, etc. bring up memories and comfort along with it! After having a rough day, I popped one in, and smiled at the thought of my mom lol. Do you ever have items that make you reminisce and comforts you? I think I revert to feeling like a child with certain things haha.
