Shrimp Ceviche Recipe

 

Hubs *really* loves ceviche, and I figured I'd blog the recipe!


My Shrimp Ceviche Recipe.

Shrimp Ceviche
Ingredients:

8 limes
2 bags of Pre-cooked (Defrosted) Shrimp
5-6 Large Tomatoes
Small White Onion
1 Bunch Cilantro
Jalapenos (Add more or less according to taste.)
Avocado Slices (For Garnish or chopped in.)
 Tostadas (We use El Milagro)

Squeeze the limes, and pour the juice into a glass rectangular dish. Remove the tails from the shrimp, and dice into small pieces. Dice up (Very small cubes) the tomatoes, Onion, Jalapenos and add to lime juice along with the shrimp. Mince the cilantro, add as well. Mix, and salt to taste. Serve on Tostadas, along with slices of avocado on top.
