Sopa de res
Ingredients:
1 lb beef chunks
1/3 sliced onion
3 diced potatoes
2 Sliced carrots
2 bay leaves
Few dashes of cumin
3 tbs beef consommé
1 tbs tomato consommé
3 garlic cloves minced
Method:

Put meat, seasonings, onions & garlic in a stock pot, and fill with water to cover.

Heat up the pot until it gets to a rolling boil, then add jalapeño pepper & carrots.

Cook the meat thoroughly, & then add the potatoes until soft.

Serve alone, or with sour cream, chipotle, lime, or cheese!
