Shaklee Cleansing Bar Review

A friend of mine invited me to a meeting to discuss Shaklee products. To be completely honest, I really didn't know what to expect. It was neat! It a was a group of moms discussing the well being of their kids, and other health related issues. Its pretty empowering to see a group of women so eager to discuss different holistic ways to help their little ones. Being as my son was diagnosed with Autism, I'm always open to trying new things (Natural) to help him out. I'll be looking forward to trying out some of their vitamins next month.

As I was leaving, the hostess handed me a few samples of stuff to try. She gave me afew vitamins, and a soap bar. As you may know, I've dealt with atopic dermatitis. My skin is very sensitive, and reacts horribly to certain ingredients. I've always had a bit of redness on my legs, more so after shaving. I always thought this had to do with dry skin, it really never had occurred to me, that it could have something to do with my dermatitis.

This Soap-Free Cleansing bar had virtually no scent. I used it one time, and didn't think much of it. Just seemed like a normal scent free soap. A week after use (again, without even using it with the intention of solving an skin issue) my legs were completely free of any redness, dryness, or bumps of any kind. I honestly was in shock!! I couldn't believe how smooth my skin was, and was disappointed when I ran out of it. The same friend that invited me to that get together, was kind enough to give me a bar as a mini-gift since she knew I loved it so much<3 This is def. on my list of stuff to order when I get a chance. I am so amzed at the results, I knew I had to share it with you guys. If you're interested in purchasing these products, here's her website. She's amazing, and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I'll be looking forward to doing a review on some of the vitamins as well.

Have you tried Shaklee before? What's your favorite all natural products?

  1. Yes! They're pretty good, but I usually use Melaleuca or Burt's Bees :D

    1. I've never tried Melaleuca, but Burt's bees was alright. Does Burt's Bees have soaps?
